Your reservation can be interfaced with management software to make it possible to completely automate the entire process of reception management.
In stand alone mode the only activity that the back office is set to perform is to enter information in the registration form of the programme (the customer's name, date of arrival and departure). Upon confirmation of the data, Your Reservation automatically generates a personalized e-mail and sends it to the customer.
Your Reservation takes care of the content
The e-mail text, in addition to confirming the reservation, contains a link that allows the user instant access to after sales services. Its contents are customized with the hotel image and a section dedicated to events in the city and are fully managed by communications professionals.
