• layout within a single e-mail of news, events and postcards
• automated service for sending clients e-mails using a database created with Your Reservation or the hotel’s private database
• an effective bouncing service
• a drafting support service for the drafting and inclusion of promotions, services, mailing and analysis of feedback and ratings

Your Reservation is a very versatile concierge system able to adapt fully to the coordinated hotel image. It is therefore possible to:
• adapt the reserved-area and e-mail sent to the look & feel of the hotel's communications
• using a third-level domain e.g. welcome.domain_name.com
