Main functions

Your Reservation is a post-sales service that allows tourist structures (hotels, B&Bs, etc) to professionally handle the relationships with the client in the phase between the reservation of the stay and the client’s arrival in the city. In particular, Your Reservation manages three fundamental aspects of post-sales relationships:
- it informs the client of the registered reservation, automatically sending a very personalized confirmation;
- it promotes the hotel’s services and offers addressing the client, who receives the email in an area dedicated to post-sales;
- it supplies important news about the city’s events during the period in which the client will be staying.

Rapid access

The download of Your Reservation will allow you to install a shortcut to the software directly onto the desktop of your PC. The simple click on the icon will give you access to the management interface. You will have to carry out the authentication with your email address and the password that we will give you only at the moment of installation. Then this information will be memorized in your PC’s resident software, not having to be inserted again.

Management interface

We have designed the management interface of Your Reservation trying to make it as intuitive and simple as possible. The main interface allows you to insert new reservations and access advanced functions. To register a new reservation it is enough to insert some data: the client’s name, arrival and departure date. Automatically, an email will be created that should be sent to your guest. It will have the reservation confirmation and the link to access the welcoming page reserved for him.

Create a response email

Our aim is to speed up customer care processes, automating all those operations that can be defined “routine,” such as sending response emails to confirm the reservation. Your Reservation automates these processes and in addition personalizes them for each client. The texts of response emails are purposely studied by communications professionals and are personalized by the application program according to the data inserted in the management interface. Each client will therefore have the impression that the message was written especially for him.

Instructions. To send an email it is necessary, first of all, to fill in the spaces on the main interface called “New Reservation.” Pressing the “Create the email” button , the system automatically generates the response email text. Subsequently, there are two possibilities. If you wish to maintain the elegant format generated by the software, it is necessary to do a copy and paste of the text in the space of the email to be sent. On the other hand, by pressing the “Rapid email” buttonthe system will automatically open the New Message window of your client’s electronic mail (Outlook, Mail, etc.) and will issue a text that is not directly formatted to the email to be sent. Insert the client’s email address in the special space and send the message.
