Advanced functionality
This section allows you to administer the following areas:
RESERVATION MODIFICATION. You can modify the date of a reservation that has already been memorized.
Instructions. It is enough to insert the reservation number and press the “Search” button.
MANAGEMENT OF SERVICES. You can create or modify services and offers for your clients. The interface shows the list of all the services/offers you have inserted, giving you the possibility to activate, deactivate, modify or cancel them.
Instructions. To create a new service or offer, press the “Create a service” button . Compile the form in both languages, English and Italian, telling the application program to insert the email or telephone number as a feedback channel for your clients. As to distinguishing service from offer, we remind you that Your Reservation defines “service” as each hotel facility, fee-paying or free (for example: the bar, the restaurant, the spa, the laundry service, the babysitting service, etc.); whereas “offer” is defined as each purchase proposal that the hotel presents to the client (for example: the organization of excursions, guided visits, discounts for later stays, discounts for the spa, etc.)
PREVIEW. It allows you to check the result of each modification completed in the post-sales area. We remind you that the visualized content is the same as the one that your client sees, save for the name and the date of stay.
RESERVATION OF SERVICES. You can automatically create a response email that will confirm for your clients the registered reservation of a requested service through the post-sales area.
Instructions.
Insert the reservation number that appears in your client’s email. Press the “Create the email” button . The system automatically generates the response email text.Subsequently, there are two possibilities. If you wish to maintain the elegant format generated by the software, it is necessary to do a copy and paste of the text in the space of the email to be sent. On the other hand, by pressing the “Rapid email” buttonthe system will automatically open the New Message window of your client’s electronic mail (Outlook, Mail, etc.) and will issue a text that is not directly formatted to the email to be sent. Insert the client’s email address in the special space and send the message.
REPORTING. You can visualize the monthly or annual reports in order to check the usage level of Your Reservation.
The post-sales area
Your guest will see a welcoming page that contains a lot of information and feedback possibilities:
1.
he/she will find the offers and services proposed by the hotel;
2.
he/she will find the events taking place in the city during his stay;
3.
he/she will be supplied with some suggestions (for example: on cafes and commercial practices);
4.
he/she will have the possibility to reserve the offers and services by contacting you directly;
5.
he/she will be able to print all this news and take it along the travel thanks to “print the memorandum.”
